OATS
OATS is a social impact organization that builds sustainable new systems to change the way we age. We are looking for leverage points where our work can help seniors use technology to improve their health, finances, social engagement, learning and creative expression. We partner with government agencies, community-based organizations, national advocacy groups, and major corporations to engineer solutions that put technology in the hands of older adults to achieve meaningful outcomes. SeniorPlanet.org celebrates aging by sharing information and resources that support aging with attitude, and helps people who were born long before the digital revolution to stay engaged and active by bringing a digital-technology focus to a range of topic.

Visiting Neighbors is a trusted lifeline for our community's elderly, helping seniors alleviate loneliness and isolation, providing emotional security and encouraging physical independence. Based on the simple concept of "neighbors helping neighbors," dedicated volunteers visit seniors to keep them connected with the outside world, help with shopping and errands, and escort them to medical appointments. VN's Health Advocacy program is a valuable resource about seniors' health concerns. VN promotes a positive acceptance of aging and the value of the elderly in society.
